Check up the business strategy for a diversification of customer experience from hospitality into transport. Analysis of the whole customer experience lifecycle chain from inspiration into service phase. That included a detailed analysis of a consistent product promise presentation and selection of Transporation partners as well as distribution technologies. We implemented 5 revenue generation streams to enlarge the revenue pipeline.

Restructure of business unit in an airline

Leading a project team to restructure operations, customer service and sales setup in a mid-size European airline for > 1 year. Result was a grown fleet size, improvement of on-time operations, technical dispatch reliability improvement by 30% and managing a more complex flight schedule with less personnel. Our contribution was to lead company wide restructuring team and initiation of improvement programs in each department. Resulted in 30% higher revenue on 5% cost increase.

Restructure operations workflows in manufacturing

Analyzing status quo of on-time production in a mid-size production company with process-time analysis tools and identification of waste and time-consuming process steps. Initiation of lean management structure to restructure processes. Production wide restructuring of processes, including warehouses, engineering, material planning, local production sites and used IT-systems. Result was 50% less failure costs.

Check up of the market and competitor situation for a regional airport in Europe. Analysis of customer satisfaction feedback, identification of additional revenue potential streams and implementation of a 3 years company roadmap for growths generation. The study resulted in a investment plan signed off from Board of Directors to invest a triple digit M€ for infrastructure and service functions.
